ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Franziska...

... the founder of 089Unique. I founded my own upcycling brand in 2024 with the goal of creating unique, distinctive, yet sustainable fashion. I was born in Munich, and Munich is still my home today. I wanted to incorporate this connection into the name of my label, hence the "089," Munich's area code. I've always had a great passion for fashion; for me, it's a way to express my character and personality. I'm a creative person; I love painting, drawing, crafting, sewing, and so much more :) With 089Unique, I've now been able to fulfill my dream and turn my passion into my profession. I look forward to you becoming part of the 089Unique Family and joining me on my journey.

Can I return my order and what do I need to consider?

Of course! If you're not happy with a product you ordered upon arrival, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days (without stating reasons). Simply send me an email informing me explicitly that you wish to withdraw from the purchase agreement or which product you would like to return. Please return the goods (that you do not wish to keep) at your own expense to the following address:

My size is not available/My desired product is sold out. What can I do?

Is your size not available, or is the jacket you want sold out? No problem, just send me an email at info@089unique.com with the desired sold-out product or your preferred size. Since all jackets are unique pieces, it's not possible to sew the exact same jacket again. However, I always have a lot of material in stock at home, and I can create a similar jacket for you. Just get in touch, and we'll surely find a solution!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

If you order a product from my online shop, your package will usually be dispatched within 2-3 working days. If your order is a custom-made item, you should allow approx. 1-2 weeks. Please factor this time in if you intend to have a jacket made.

Is there an 089Unique store?

Yes, since the beginning of 2025, 089Unique has had its own small store in the Atelierpark Bahnwärter Thiel, Tumblingerstraße 45, 80337 Munich. Feel free to come visit me, I always look forward to meeting you!

How does a custom order work?

A custom order is a product that is made especially for you. Whether you want a sold-out jacket from the shop, a different size, or a jacket for a specific occasion, a custom order makes so much possible :)! A custom order doesn't cost you extra; you pay the regular price for your jacket, you just need to allow a little more time for production and shipping.

Possible occasions include weddings, bachelorette parties, birthdays, festivals, concerts, and so much more! Just send me an email at info@089unique.com and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note that personalized custom orders are excluded from exchange.

Can I cancel my order?

Your order can be cancelled until the package is on its way to you. If the package has already been shipped, you can either refuse acceptance or initiate a return at your own expense.
